It is believed that the use of copyright images and logos, posted by Solodi's staff on this site, represents fair use because:

1. All images and logos are displayed in low resolution.

2. No free equivalent is known to exist. Because many of the images are logos there are almost certainly no free equivalent. Any substitute that is not a derivative work would fail to convey the meaning intended, would tarnish or misrepresent its image, or would fail its purpose of identification or commentary.

3. The images are used to identify a brand (Tournament, association, sports club and so on), which is a subject of public interest. The significance of the logo is to help the users identify the brand, assure the users they have reached the right web page containing critical commentary about the brand, and illustrate the nature of the brand in a way that words alone could not convey.

Most organizations, clubs and associations recognize the benefit of having their logos available to the media, however, if you own the copyrights for any material, image or logo on this site and have a reason to believe that this site infringes your copyright, please contact us using our Contact and we will work with you in order to correct this.

It is Solodi's policy to (i) block access to or remove material that it believes in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, Content providers, members or users; and (ii) remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders.
