This Privacy Policy covers Solodi's treatment of personal information that Solodi gathers when you are on the Solodi website and when you use Solodi services. This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that Solodi does not own or control, or to individuals that Solodi does not employ or manage.

This site makes several tools available to the members, including, communication, sharing and publishing tools, allowing members to communicate, share and/or post content. These tools include, forums, message boards, blogs, video and photo sharing, and so on. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our website are visited and by how many people. Sharing Your Information

Information about the people who use Solodi is an integral part of the Solodi experience, however, we will never rent or sell your personal information to anyone and we will only share your personal information only as described below.

The e-mail address that you submit upon registration will not be displayed to other users and members of Solodi.
Information collected during registration and subsequent visits, such as your full name and location, may be displayed to other Solodi users in your User Profile. The User Profile is the area on Solodi where we allow you to tell other Solodi users about yourself and your interests, which clubs you are associated with, and so on. You may control what personal information is displayed in your User Profile by updating your profile accordingly.
Solodi allows other users to browse content you have posted. This information is made available via your User Profile or within the page on which you performed the action. Solodi may choose to post this data on other site areas or transmit is through other means (for example, via RSS syndication).
Much like other online social networks, Solodi allows members to browse your friends' profile and activity.
Solodi may allow third parties access to all Solodi data which is already publicly available through the Solodi website. Solodi will keep private any passwords, email address and settings.
Solodi may syndicate via RSS or other methods any or all of its public content.
When necessary, Solodi staff and authorized consultants and/or contractors may have access to user information in the normal course of Solodi business (for example, a customer service representative may have access your email address in order to perform his/her job). All of our staff and authorized consultants and/or contractors are kept up to date on our privacy and security practices.
In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Moreover, if Solodi, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred.

Controlling how Your Information is Displayed and Used

As stated previously, you can always opt not to disclose information, but then you may be unable to use certain features on our website.
By visiting your User Profile, you can correct, amend, add or delete personal information on our website. When you update information, however, we often maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records.
You may request deletion of your Solodi account by e-mailing us at support@Solodi.com.
If you do not wish to receive e-mail from us, please visit the Email Preferences section of your User Profile and/or follow the instructions contained in the unwanted e-mail message. However, please note that you will continue to receive all system e-mails (e.g. those regarding forgotten user passwords) and legal notices (e.g. updates to our policies) from us.

Children's Guidelines

You must be 18 or over to register as a Solodi member or use the Solodi Site and Solodi Service. If you are under the age of 18, you can use the Solodi Service only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, your parent or guardian who has agreed to the Terms of Service. If you do not qualify, do not use the Service. If we learn that Solodi has collected information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Solodi may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, at its sole discretion. Use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Solodi website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances if any, it is disclosed.
